ALAMEDA COUNTY COURT HOLIDAYS:
It is important to know what the local county holidays are as they are important in calendaring the family law matter and for timely filing pleadings. For example, some pleadings are required to be filed a certain number of court days before the hearing. A court day does not include weekends or holidays.
